Dr. Ali Mohammad

Dr. Ali Mohammad received his PhD in electrical engineering-power systems with focus on renewable energies and power electronics from university of South Carolina Columbia SC in 2014. Dr. Mohammad pour has 10 years of industry and research experience in design and construction of commercial microgrid systems including PV, wind energy, battery energy storage, and diesel/gas emergency generators. He also has extensive experience in interconnection studies of renewable energy resources, protection system design, grounding system design, power systems transient and dynamic studies. He has published more than 25 papers in peer-reviewed journals and presented more than 25 papers international conference events. He has also published a book with the subject of renewable energies interconnection. Dr. Mohammad pour is a registered P.E. in Arizona.
