Khaled AlSarhan LL.M
President
Khaled Al-Sarhan is an Experienced CEO with a demonstrated history of working in the legal profession, and a strong business development professional with an L.L.M focused on energy, international transaction, and alternative dispute transaction.
Mr. Sarhan holds a master’s degree in law from The University of Texas at Austin in the specialty of Global Energy, International Arbitration, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Environmental Law. In addition, a member of ABA, FBA, TAM, Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce, American Chamber of Commerce in Amman, and Irbid Chamber of Commerce. He is currently the founder and CEO of EEConsult , and NABCEP MENA Training and Certification Program that EEConsult operates in the MENA region.
William Bill Ball
Senior Technical Consultant
Mr. Ball has over 40 years of experience designing renewable energy systems for businesses, schools, local states, and federal government.
In 2001 he drafted the Arkansas Renewable Energy Act of 2001 and led the legislative effort to get it passed.
Dr. Taylor Harvy
Senior Consultant
Taylor is an expert in the PV solar materials, solar microsystems, and solar energy storage tech- neologies. He is the co-author of nine peer-reviewed articles and two patents in these areas. Taylor currently holds the position of Chancellor’s Assistant Professor of Research at Texas A&M University - Central Texas. He received his PhD from the University of Texas at Austin in 2014 with a focus on new solar materials and has served as CEO and CTO for a solar startup company, Lucero Technologies. Taylor’s consulting services with SJ4V are undertaken as an individual and are not connected. with Texas A&M University.
John Hancock

Senior consultant as contract-based consultant with EEConsult. He is leading the PV design and electrical design consulting services for independent engineering for PV, wind and electrical projects. Before joining EEConsult, and along 45 years he worked in different positions as Energy consultant, Electrical system designer (Conti Electric / USA), Project manager (Nevada power Co. / USA), SCADA
project manager (Nevada test site / USA), commissioning advisor for 1,200MW combined heat and power generation station (Flour constructors International / USA), conceptual wind designer (North
wind / USA), design supervisor for PV projects (First solar / USA), . Along his work experience, he completed the design of 1,295MW PV projects including tracking and storage systems.
Michele Edwards
Chief technical officer
Michele Edward is leading professional technical teams as PV and Wind systems design, renewable integration studies and testing & inspection for PV and wind projects. Before joining EEConsult, and along 21 years he worked in different positions as power system engineer (Edif) (UK), researcher in wind integration to electricity grids (Germany), demand management and energy storage specialist (UK), project engineer for offshore wind projects and project manager for wind development projects (UK). He completed 17 grid integration studies with total capacity of 230MW PV and 610MW wind.
Dr. Ali Mohammad
Senior Consultant
Dr. Ali Mohammad received his PhD in electrical engineering-power systems with focus on renewable energies and power electronics from university of South Carolina Columbia SC in 2014. Dr. Mohammad pour has 10 years of industry and research experience in design and construction of commercial microgrid systems including PV, wind energy, battery energy storage, and diesel/gas emergency generators. He also has extensive experience in interconnection studies of renewable energy resources, protection system design, grounding system design, power systems transient and dynamic studies. He has published more than 25 papers in peer-reviewed journals and presented more than 25 papers international conference events. He has also published a book with the subject of renewable energies interconnection. Dr. Mohammad pour is a registered P.E. in Arizona.

Prof. Mohammed Ibbini

Professor Ibbini holds a PhD in electrical engineering from University of Illinois , he is currently an professional consultant in business entrepreneurship in different field among renewable energy field.
Prof. Ibbini was the Vice President of the Jordan University of Science and Technology, one of the pioneering universities in the MENA region and the Director of Planning, Development & Quality Assurance at the Royal Commission in Saudi Arabia. After long experience in education, research, and entrepreneurial mentoring , he is now one of most known experts in education planning development and entrepreneurial excellence.
Dr. Iyad Muslih Sartawi

Dr. Sartawi holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University. A professional consultant and trainer in renewable Energy, and one of the first people to create business models in renewable energy in Jordan, and considered among the top consultant and trainers in the field of green and renewable Energy, in addition he joined several international organizations in different energy fields.
Dr. Sartawi Joined EEConsult in 2019 to be a partner in the NABCEP MENA Training and Certification Program and program development manager.
Montaser Al-Eess

Marketing Director of Excellent Energy Consultancy and NABCEP MENA Training and Certification Program. Mr. Montaser is a Marketing and business strategist, specialized in market and business development and transformation.
Al-Eess worked in different service sectors, and started his experience in the renewable energy and green sector aiming to provide strategies to develop the sector’s market from a different business perspective as one of the few and first green marketing and economy consultants in Jordan.

Professional Project Manager (PMP) and Business Process Reengineering (BPR) certified, Eng. Sabbagh managed and audited in different industries: construction, real estate, manufacturing, services. Have more than 400 courses and 5000 trainees in project management (PMP), Strategic Planning, and Human Resources. Practiced management at the top level as a general manager for many organizations, and manage at strategic tactical and operational levels.
